Regularly updating your lead statuses helps you stay on top of your pipeline, follow up at the right time, and convert more opportunities. As part of being listed on Locallista, keeping your lead statuses accurate and up to date is a core responsibility. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or removal.

1. What's the feature about?

A section in your “Manage my business” area where you can view and manage all the leads you’ve received from Locallista. This section also allows you to review settlements and service fees owed, and to take action on outstanding payments. It’s a simple way to keep track of your leads, financials, and ensure nothing is missed.

2. What status options can I choose from?

You can select from the following lead status options:

These options are designed to help you reflect the status of each lead as accurately as possible. If none of them feel like a perfect fit, simply choose the one that’s closest to what happened.

3. Can I contact the lead through Locallista?

Yes! During the first 24 hours -while the lead is still marked as “New lead”- you have a one-time opportunity to send a proactive message, even before having their contact details. This shows availability and proactiveness and increases your chances of conversion. Once the status changes, messaging is no longer available.
