1. What's the feature about?

We’ve added a new section to your “Manage my business” area where you can view and manage all the leads you’ve received from Locallista. This section also allows you to review settlements and service fees owed, and to take action on outstanding payments. It’s a simple way to keep track of your leads, financials, and ensure nothing is missed.

2. Why is it important to update the status of leads?

Keeping your lead statuses updated helps you stay organised, follow up on time, and avoid losing potential clients. It also allows us to maintain trust and fairness across the platform. Please note that updating lead statuses is a core responsibility of being listed on Locallista - failure to keep them accurate and up to date may result in account suspension or removal.
