Your business is one of the best service providers in the city. Let’s make sure your profile reflects that!
A complete, professional profile will attract the right clients, build trust, and set you up for success on Locallista.
Here’s how you should fill each section:
Contact details

Right now there are a few limitations, but improvements are coming soon.

How to do it:
- Phone number (mandatory)
- You can only display one main phone number publicly on your profile.
- We strongly recommend choosing a WhatsApp-compatible number, since most client communication happens there.
- This number is also used for SMS and important notifications from Locallista.
- You can add a secondary number, but it will only be visible internally to our team, not to clients. Please note that this number will not be used by our team unless needed, we will always try your primary number first.
- Email address (optional)
- Your email is mainly used for messages from Locallista (notifications, updates, invoices).
- You can choose to hide your email address from clients if you prefer.
- If you’d like, you can also make it visible and use it as an extra contact channel with clients.
- You can set up a separate billing contact for accounting purposes if needed.

If you list too many locations that you don’t actually cover, it creates confusion and disappointment, and can stop clients from choosing you.
</aside>
How to do it:
- If you have a physical shop, only select that one location.
- If you offer services at the client’s location, only choose the areas you can physically travel to.
- If you also offer online/remote services, you can select Online/Remote.
- Select Anywhere in (CITY) only if you can physically meet clients anywhere in the country (not just some parts).
- Do not select multiple areas just to gain more visibility. Only list places where you can actually serve your clients.
